JB: If you make it a question in the reader’s mind, they’ll instantly be answering to themselves: “Yes, that’s me”, or “No, that isn’t”.

If you use the word “You”, that is another writing technique – not just in the headline but throughout an ad – that is going to make it more compelling for them.
