Why choose this course #9: In-house recruiters

If you’re an inhouse recruiter and need to reduce your agency spend, you’ll fail to do that if you post job descriptions and expect them to perform like job advertisements.

The only exception is if you’re an inhouse recruiter working for a company with such a well-known brand that lots of people already have decided they want to work for you.

If your brand isn’t that big or desirable (let’s face it, 99% of them aren’t), the easiest way to fill more of your own jobs is to produce job ads that your target candidates want to read and respond to.
